Shake first. Apply liner as close to the top lash line as possible.

By applying varying degrees of pressure, you can achieve a range of line styles and widths.

For a smooth line, gently hold the temple area near the tail of the eyebrow, and glide the liner across the upper lash line. Hold taut but avoid pulling or tugging skin.
